The hotel came into operation in early 2007. It is a 4-star hotel which offers 2 apartments, 2 studios, 40 double rooms / 25 rooms with double bed, 15 twin /, and 6 triple rooms.  All of them have air conditioning, television, direct telephone line, mini bar, free Internet access, locking system, bathroom with shower or bathtub, hairdryer.

The hotel has a restaurant for 60-80 people, which is ideal for business meetings, weddings, and celebrations. There is also a lobby bar, a conference room for 60-80 people, relaxation center with fitness equipment, sauna, massage room, and parking.

The total area of the hotel is 2267.20 m2

The hotel has managed to establish itself as a preferred place for congress tourism - business meetings and seminars, national and international conferences and other events. In addition, the number of individual tourists and organized groups - both Bulgarian and foreign, has increased continuously. Currently, the hotel has signed over 150 contracts with leading Bulgarian and foreign tour operators.
