Since 1 January 2007, Bulgaria became a member of the EU. The Bulgarian economy is characterized by economic, political and financial stability. All these changes created new possibilities for young and ambitious Bulgarians. Little by little they left their home villages to seek hapiness in the bigger cities or even abroad. Consequently this led to a new phenomenon in Bulgaria: ghost villages.

For these villages we have developed a very ambitious plan. We want to restore the houses, roads and infrastructure, and revive the village spirit. It should become a nice pictoresque holiday village with everything a normal Bulgarian village has to offer.
